The website www.speakout-hydra.com is the online shop of Speak Out boutique, which is located in Hydra Island, Greece.
Returns and Exchanges
You may return the items delivered to you within 15 days upon delivery date by return shipment. We do not accept returns after that.
You can only exchange the purchased item for another item or the same item in different size and/or color, based on availability. In other case you can have store credit. Store credit can be used on a future order within 6 months of the return. All items should return to us unused and with their tags attached. We will not accept any items that are damaged or soiled and we may send them back to you and/or a refund will be refused.
More specifically:
- All shoes should be tried on carpeted area only.
- Bath & Body products, nail polishes, candles, home sprays, magazines and such, are not returnable.

Return Instructions
We recommend that you use the same courier we use and insure the goods to make sure that they reach us or that you are compensated if they don’t.
Book a collection with the same courier service. To find the telephone number of your nearest service just search the Internet.
Prepare the packet and give it to the courier.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Refunds
Please bear in mind, refunds are not available.

Faulty Goods
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear, tear and bad use are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please note that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items (with any shipping costs at your expenses). If the item cannot be repaired or the same product is not available, you are entitled to a full refund.
Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our e-shop. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
Taxes & Customs Duties
Delivery within the EU is not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non EU country, you might be asked to pay further customs duties. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible inspection by the relevant custom authorities.
We are not responsible for any possible additional charges or inspections.
