Returns and Exchanges
You may return the items delivered to you within 15 days upon delivery date by return shipment. We do not accept returns after that.
You can only exchange the purchased item for another item or the same item in different size and/or color, based on availability. In other case you can have store credit. Store credit can be used on a future order within 6 months of the return. All items should return to us unused and with their tags attached. We will not accept any items that are damaged or soiled and we may send them back to you and/or a refund will be refused.
- All shoes should be tried on carpeted area only.
- Bath & Body products, nail polishes, candles, home sprays and such, are not returnable.

Returns for items purchased on sale are not available.
If you received a gift and would like to return it simply follow the above return instructions. Please note that gifts can only be exchanged for items of an equal or higher value. Store credit and refunds do not apply.
We recommend that you use the same courier we use and insure the goods to make sure that they reach us or that you are compensated if they don’t.
Book a collection with the same courier service. To find the telephone number of your nearest service just search the Internet.
Prepare the packet and give it to the courier.
