We are based on an island, so occasional delays may occur.
If you haven’t received your parcel within 7–10 days, please check with your nearest Post Office using your tracking number.
If the postal worker attempts delivery and you are not available, you must collect the parcel from your nearest Post Office.
Parcels are held for a limited time before being returned to us.
If the parcel is lost, a refund will be issued only after compensation is received from Hellenic Post.
If the parcel is returned, we will refund only the cost of the goods – not the shipping charges.
