Returns Policy

Returns and Exchanges

You may return items delivered to you within 15 days of the delivery date via return shipment. Returns will not be accepted after this period—the return window is strict, and no exceptions will be made.

You may exchange the purchased item for another item or the same item in a different size and/or color, depending on availability. If an exchange is not possible, you will receive store credit, which can be used on a future order within 6 months of the return.

All returned items must be unused and have their original tags attached. Items that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to you. In such cases, refunds may be refused.

Please note the following:

  • All shoes must be tried on only on carpeted surfaces.

  • Bath & Body products, nail polishes, candles, home sprays, and similar items are non-returnable.

  • Returns for items purchased on sale are not accepted.

  • Magazines cannot be returned.

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it, please follow the standard return instructions above.
Please note:

  • Gifts can only be exchanged for items of equal or higher value.

  • Store credit and refunds are not applicable to gift returns.


Return Instructions

We recommend using the same courier service that we use and insuring the package to ensure safe delivery or compensation in case of loss.

Steps:

  1. Book a collection with our courier service (search online for the nearest branch).

  2. Prepare the package securely.

  3. Hand over the parcel to the courier.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed.


Right of Withdrawal for Online Purchases

If you buy products from our online store (i.e., via a distance contract), you have the right to withdraw (cancel) the contract within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • We will refund the cost of the product only.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • The refund will be processed once we have received the returned item.

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.


Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be in substantially the same condition as received.

If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it (e.g., more than what you would do in a shop), we may reduce the refund to account for the loss of value.


Return Timing & Costs

  • You must return the item within 15 days.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original shipping fees from your order will not be refunded.


Refund Timeframe

Once the withdrawal is validated and the goods have been received, the refund will be processed promptly.


What Does Not Apply / Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Purchases made in-store (not online).

  • Goods that are custom-made or personalized.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once opened.

  • Goods that are perishable or deteriorate quickly.

  • Service contracts that have already been fully performed, especially if you agreed to waive the right of withdrawal when the service began.


In-Store Purchases

For purchases made in person at our physical store, Greek consumer law does not provide an automatic right to a refund simply because you changed your mind.

Refunds for in-store purchases are subject to the store’s policy.
